5 Part Injury Series - Part 1

Every athlete is going to encounter injuries at some point in their journey. The key to overcoming them is understanding when to rest, when to modify and when to use CrossFit as a method of rehab. First and foremost, you have to be able to admit when you’re injured. That requires you to check your pride and not only should you admit it to yourself but to your coach as well.
