What happens when you find yourself with a temporary injury? Like we said, the first thing to do is admit you may have to do a little less than you normally do, then let your coach know before class begins what’s going on so he/she can show you modifications or scale the workout so that you don’t further injure yourself. Things you shouldn’t do. Stop coming all together – rather use our facility as a place to rehab. We have plenty of equipment to help with this even if it means you’re doing something totally different than everyone else. The other thing you shouldn’t do not say anything and come day after day, push and grind and then leave in a worse off state.
