Now let’s address one more thing. Addictions. It’s entirely possible to be so addicted to your workout that not working out makes your brain feel fuzzy. We have all experienced the benefits of working out that go beyond the physical realm and into the mental realm. Remember that one single thing can’t fulfill all your needs. Find other ways in addition to working out to care for your mental, emotional and spiritual health, that way if you do get injured you have other activities to help you keep your sanity.
