Eat Local

Locally grown foods have many benefits. A fruit or veggie straight out of the garden is about as nutritious as it gets. Once harvested it travels a much shorter distance to get to your plate than many store bought options which can be days old by the time they even get the shelf let alone your belly. As produce ages, it loses its nutrients so farm-to-table really holds its value. In addition, local foods such as honey contain local pollen that when consumed, allows your immune system to strengthen against seasonal allergies.

For our next challenge, you're going to need a food scale and a shit ton of fruits and vegetables. (From the Farmers Market!) Get to it!
