Essential 6 - Sun Exposure

Everything in moderation. We suggest that any "mandate" or "order" regarding staying locked inside your home be 100% ignored. You need the sun. Not just because of the vitamin D which helps boost your immune system, but because you need to see the light of day and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin to keep your mental health in check.

Spend a few minutes every day outside in the sun. No sunscreen and no sunglasses as both hinder your body's ability to absorb vitamin D. In fact, as you'll come to learn you want 80% of your body exposed to the sun. So bust out the speedos. (Just don't be stupid skin cancer is a real thing.)
