Week 1: You Snooze, You Lose.
Rhythm: Set your alarm for the time you will get up. Instead of snoozing 2-4 times, you could have gotten an extra 40 min of quality sleep!
Reason: When you snooze, you've already not accomplished a task in your day. So instead, start your day by accomplishing something.
Realize: It's not going to get easier to get out of bed. Hitting snooze is being lazy. Don't start your day this way. The major benefit of this, you won't be late for CrossFit!
