February Challenge Part 2

Continue setting your alarm for the time you want to get up rather than hitting snooze. In addition, after you get your ass up, MAKE THE DAMN BED! That's your task for this second week of February. Make. Your. Bed.


Reason: Along with getting up on time, you've now made your bed and accomplished two things in the first few minutes of your day. This sense of accomplishment will snowball throughout the day. Who knows you may even start to feel a sense of pride.


Realize: If you can't accomplish small tasks, how do you expect to accomplish large ones?
