May's Focus: Cleaning Up the Messes - Week 5

Confront Conflict

Choose one person in your life you have a conflict or issue with. Write down everything that isn't okay with this person. What's wrong with them? Where are they incorrect in their thinking? How have they wronged you?

Then, write your justifications for keeping this viewpoint alive about this person. (You must have good reasons for not giving up so get them all out!)

Next, write the following statement - "I don't know the whole truth about this person."

Consider, "all you have is a description, just a story that has happened in the past or is happening in the present," Yet we, "live as though we know the whole truth." "What kind of healing, clearing, and new opportunities could become available when you fully come from the viewpoint of, "I don't know the whole truth."
