The One Scale You Do Need

We don't care what workouts you scale or what your scale at home says about your weight but we do care about one scale in particular. Your food scale. If you don't have one, get one. If you have one, get it out and start using in on a regular basis. It's a great way to fully understand and gain control of your food intake.
