Weekly Health Hack

Drink 1-2 glasses upon waking and before coffee, if you have coffee.

Taper in the afternoon and have little to none in the evening.


  • To ensure minimal to no bathroom use overnight and to experience uninterrupted sleep

  • To replenish sweat and prevent dehydration

  • To get clearer looking skin
