This week we challenge you to get more sleep! Go to bed 15-minutes earlier. Why?
Not getting enough sleep affects our: mood, behavior, nutrition, workout and more! We need sleep to refuel, rebuild and repair our brains and our bodies!
Here are some tips on how you can start to build a sleep hygiene routine. About an hour before bed time:
Get away from screens - phones, computers, tables, TV's
Dim the Lights
Journal (write down your to-do list or any thoughts to get them out of your brain)
Put on soothing music
