Weekly Health Hack

This week we want you to write down every single thing you eat and drink! Yes, that's right, track everything! Why? 

 

 

When you write down what your taking in, you're going to be more accountable to make better choices. Especially if you're showing it to a coach! 

 

In addition, follow these tips: 

 

1. Watch your portion sizes

2. Chew thoroughly

3. Slow down

4. Eat without distraction (not in front of a phone, TV, computer, etc.)

5. Pay attention to how you feel

6. Eat from cause - ask yourself, what will this choice cause me, or cost me
