Weekly Health Hack

Create a new habit to implement at least 2 times a week for the next 4 weeks! 

 

1. Get out your calendar and choose two days each week 

 

2. Set a reminder for those days

 

3. When your reminder goes off, dive into your new habit

(Some examples)

  • Eat a piece of fruit

  • Take a break from your phone

  • Go to bed earlier

  • Drink more water

4. Repeat this habit twice a week, for the next 4 weeks
