What is so bad about alcohol?
Beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages contain a very toxic ingredient called aldehyde. Aldehyde is difficult for your body to process and break down.
If you are going to choose a drink, choose a clear beverage such as vodka or gin and avoid sugary mixers. Reduce the amount of alcohol you consume by cutting down the size/strength of each drink, number of drinks and frequency in which you drink.
