Tips for Getting More Z's
1. Reduce liquids at least two hours before bed to avoid middle of the night trips to use the bathroom
2. Remove electronic devices from your room - they send out frequencies which disrupt your brain's
frequencies as it attempts to sleep (Say what?! It's true!)
3. Darken the room with black shades or blinds
4. Use a sleep mask
