Sugar can be more addictive than cocaine!
Sugar is in many of our foods as well as in health care products like toothpaste! Sugar hides behind over 50 different names! (Maltose, dextrose and so on.) Often times there's a link between sugar cravings and what's happening in our relationships and daily lives.
We can get so addicted to sugar that we don't even know how good we could feel, if we had less of it. My job as a coach is to help you identify how much sugar you are consuming and then to replace "sugar habits," with healthier habits.
