Steer Clear of Soy! 


Soy is one of the most processed forms of milk/dairy alternatives. Due to the fact that it's so processed, it can contribute to a myriad of health problems. 


Better alternatives to soy are: rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or macadamia milk.


When looking for dairy options, always choose organic. Studies show organic milk/dairy contains higher level of nutrients. In addition, look for grass-fed, and hormone free on dairy labels.
