Adding In vs. Crowding Out
Over the next couple of weeks we encourage you to add in quality foods rather than trying to crowd out the not so good foods.
When you add in quality, you leave less room and there's less desire and cravings for non quality items.
At every meal try adding in an additional and/or new quality vegetable, fruit, protein, mineral, fat, and/or sugar.
