All Season Honey, Lemon, Cayenne Tonic

 

A shot of this morning and night will: 

 

Boost Your Immune System

Sore Throats

Feeling Run Down

Fight Colds

Increase Energy

 

To Make, Mix Together and Store with a Lid in the Refrigerator: 

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • 3/4 Cup of Lemon (About 3 Lemons Juiced)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/4 Cup of Honey

(This is a single batch, about 6 shots, feel free to double the ingredients for 2 batches.)

 

*Not suitable for children 3 and younger.
