Six steps to Accountability
1. Get a partner
2. Set a realistic goal
3. Track your goal (and the steps you'll take to accomplish it, on a spread sheet)
4. Schedule a daily, 10 minute call with your partner to check in on each other's progress
5. Lovingly call your partner out if they are getting off track - ask what's getting in their way of reaching their goals and ask how you can help
6.Complete for 30 days and reflect on what came up for you - perhaps even go for another 30 days with an even more narrow focus
