What to Eat and When? 

 

Every day you need: 

  • Fruits (sugars) 

  • Vegetables (carbs)

  • Protein

  • Water

The best way to get them in is to plan ahead. Always carry a water bottle. Pack fruits and seeds to eat throughout the day, choose portable protein (shakes and bars) but don't forget you need actual food to feel satiated and to reduce late night cravings and snacking!
