1. What went well for you in 2017.

2. What didn't go so well for you.

3. The change you are looking to make in 2018.

 

Ask yourself how you want to feel in 2018. Remember, you get to choose how you feel. Sometimes, limiting beliefs, old patterns and habits get in our way. These conscious and unconscious thoughts can prevent us from making responsible decisions that support our goals. However, I can help you with that!
