How to End a Food Rut
A food rut is when you're eating the same foods over and over and getting sick of them! Here are some way to mix it up so you can keep making healthy choices:
1. Infuse plain water with cucumber or berries
2. Switch from Coffee to tea which has many varieties
3. Change up your smoothie flavor from vanilla or chocolate to berry and remember to chew your smoothie - why? Chewing aids in digestion differently than drinking does
4. Add spices to your meals, get creative and have fun!
