This week we want you to focus on adding the color orange to your diet.

 

Some great orange foods are: Apricots, cantaloupe, mangoes, nectarines, peaches, papaya, oranges, grapefruit, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, pumpkin, orange peppers. 

 

Orange foods nourish the skin and help with clear vision!
