Eating The Rainbow Series - Part 4 - Green Foods & Why

 

Green foods help nourish your arms, wrists, hands, shoulders, heart, lungs, (super important for oxygenation and breathing!)  lymphatic system and thymus! 

 

Add in these green goodies: avocado, kale, chard, celery, green apple, broccoli, asparagus and artichokes. Don't forget your herbs like basil, cilantro and parsley!
