Benefits of Adding Ginger Root To Your Diet

 

Ginger, found in most grocery stores looks like a funky little root! Ginger root has many great health benefits, it's great for muscle pain and soreness and to combat nausea. It adds great flavor to dishes when cooking you'll find it often used in Indian, Asian and Middle Eastern dishes but you can also add it to juice. Here's a recipe:

 

In a high speed blender, blend: 

5 - 10 Carots

1 Beet

1 Orange

1 Lemon

1 Inch Piece of Ginger Root
