Weekly Health Hack


On Motivation: 


1. Get clear on WHY you're trying to achieve certain goals.

2. Make sure your goal is big and important enough that it makes you want to jump out of bed each morning to achieve it.

3. Surround yourself with cheerleaders. 


Once you get clear on the why your goal is so important to you, you can start to devise a plan of similar magnitude that will help you achieve it.
