Another Reminder to Stay Hydrated! 

 

Eating to much, headaches and/or inflammation are all signs you're not getting enough water. 

 

Remember to add in colorful fruits and vegetables into your diet; cucumbers, celery, berries and grapes are all "cooling foods" for the body which help replace lost minerals and water due to excess heat and sweating.
