Be Mindful During Sugar Season! 

 

The body is wired to want something sweet. Choose wisely by adding in the good sweets like fruits and vegetables first. When we add in the good, we leave little room for the not so good. Then, when choosing cookies, candies and cakes this Halloween, be mindful, slow down and choose moderation.
