Office Food Triggers and How To Set Yourself Up For Success
This is the time of year when the office is full of food. Follow these three tips to feel your best. First, plan ahead and bring your own healthy snacks like fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds. Second, pause and check in with yourself - get present as to what you are hungry for. Is it food or an emotion? Third, create a statement for behavior change - if my co-workers bring in unhealthy food, then I will plan ahead with my own healthy snacks so I feel my best.
