Every Day Habits That Drain Our Energy Part - 3 of 4

 

 

 

1. A poor diet is going to cause your body to work harder to do what it needs to do efficiently. 

 

2. Complaining. Misery loves company and it will find it. Use the complaint and decide, commit and resolve the issue. Get support. 

 

3. Overthinking leads to rumination which causes you to go in circles. Re-direct your energy by calling a friend and talking about how to move forward and resolve the issue at hand.
