Eat Less, Lose Weight, Right? Wrong!

 

 

Many diets say, “Cut calories and you’ll lose weight!” The major issue with this is, many of us shouldn't cut calories because we are not eating enough to begin with. 

 

Try this approach instead: Start with eating real food, drinking water and getting eight or more hours of sleep. After a few months you can then reassess how your body looks and feels.
