As the weather warms up and the days get busier, there are millions of excuses to miss a workout. A body in motion wants to stay in motion. However, the same goes for body at rest, it's going to want to stay at rest.
If you can't make it to the gym then you can still go for a run, do a quick 10 minute EMOM or AMRAP filled with burpees, air squats, sit ups, sprints, etc...to spike your heart rate. If you "don't have time," then think about how much time you might already spend scrolling through social media or starring at the TV.
As the saying goes: “Time is money.” and you wouldn't waste money, would you?
