We can often find ourselves eating just to kill time. It's important to take a step back and assess whether we are actually hungry before we start shoveling food into our mouths. If you find yourself in this predicament, PAUSE.

 

"Am I actually hungry?"

 

"Am I maybe thirsting?"

 

"Am I hungry enough to eat something healthy?"
