Get committed. Again, when was the last time you committed to something? We often get the message from culture that if we're not happy in our current commitment that we simply chose wrong and must re-choose. This is why we start and never finish many things related to physical health, career goals and relationships, etc. Practice the art of commitment, so when the commitment fails to meet all your expectations or when life really throws something painful your way, your pain threshold is higher and you have the tools to remain committed to your yourself, your goal and to others.
