Teens can work out too! Middle and high school teens from 12 to 18 years of age can join us for youth classes. Known as "ASP" on our schedule. Our youth program works well for in and off season cross training for sports. However, we invite anyone regardless of athletic involvement or background. Benefits of attending classes include: improved strength to help with injury prevention, increased self confidence, discipline and respect.
We limit participation to 20 students and we staff each class with one or two coaches which allows for plenty of one-on-one assistance. Our methodology is for each child to learn proper technique before introducing either weight or intensity. In addition, we focus on developing agility and speed.

Please note. During summer vacation this program is called "Summer Conditioning Program." Classes are typically held at 10AM , 11AM and/or 4PM . Membership options and pricing remains the same as the After School Program.
