CrossFit is form of exercise often categorized as "functional fitness." This means we take movements from your every day life and use them to strengthen and tone your body. A CrossFit WOD, (Workout of the Day) often encourages you to complete these movements in a time oriented (AMRAP, meaning As Many Reps As Possible) or tasked based manner. Before reducing time or increasing weight, we will teach you proper form and technique. Beyond that, CrossFit Chippewa Falls is a community made up of ordinary people who show up in extraordinary ways. Not just for themselves, but for everyone who joins us here at our gym.
